1. Scope of agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website, the board demo, and all setup services, websites and add-ons provided by PalmGro Creative Agency (Gagan Suthar, Proprietor), Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India, under the brand PalmGro Flow ("we", "us"). By using our software or services, you (the "Agency") agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The service and how it changes
The board is a team management application with modules for daily reports, target tracking, selfie attendance, tasks, client CRM and finance records. Each customer receives their own branded copy, for example "[Company name] Board". Over time we may improve, add, change or retire features and updates to keep the software secure and useful.
3. Quotes, pricing and licence
- Written quotes: a written quote for setup (and for any website or maintenance plan) is shared before you pay. It states the currency, and applicable taxes are added where they apply. Amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the quote says otherwise, and are subject to GST where it applies.
- What your setup covers: the features in the board at the time of your setup are covered by your setup fee. Future updates may be free or optional. Any optional paid feature shows its price before you buy.
- Licence, not ownership: a purchase gives your copy a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the software and the features you bought. No ownership of the underlying software is transferred to you.
- Price changes: we may change prices for future purchases. A price you have already paid is not affected.
4. Payments
- Gateway: all online payments are made through Razorpay.
- Completion: a purchase is complete only after the payment is confirmed.
- Your details: we do not access or keep your card or bank details.
- Scope: payments are only for setup services, websites and add-ons from us.
- No third-party payments: the board does not collect, clear or hold payments for any other person or business.
5. Your responsibilities
- Login security: you are responsible for protecting your login details. We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by weak or shared credentials.
- Backups: you are responsible for taking regular backups with the app's built-in backup tool. We are not responsible for data loss or database corruption on your own hosting.
- Your data: you are responsible for the information your team enters, and you confirm that you have the right, and any employee consent needed, to enter it.
6. Acceptable use
- System integrity: do not bypass, disable or work around the licence checks, security features or code protections.
- Copying and resale: do not copy, modify, sub-license, distribute or resell the software, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
- Lawful use: use the app only for legitimate business. Do not use it to host or send malicious code or false information, or for anything that breaks Indian law.
7. Intellectual property and your brand
- Our software: the board's source code, design, workflows and the PalmGro Flow name and logo belong to PalmGro Creative Agency. A purchase gives you a licence to use them, not ownership.
- Your identity: your company name, logo, custom material and all data created in your app belong to you. We claim no rights over your brand or your client records.
8. Reliability and support
We build the board to a high standard and aim for a stable product. Because it runs on your own hosting, its uptime depends on your hosting provider, and no software can promise to be uninterrupted or error-free. Support and updates are provided through the channels on our contact page.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or database corruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific setup service, website or add-on that the claim relates to.
10. Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or end access to paid features if you seriously break these terms, do not pay, a payment is reversed, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you first. We are not responsible for downtime or business interruption that follows from this.
11. Refunds and cancellations
All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before you pay.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We hope to resolve any difference through a simple conversation first. If we cannot, both sides agree to the courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
