What do I get with the board?

Everything the board does today is included with your setup: leads and CRM, team and tasks, daily reports, attendance, invoices, proposals, finance records and salary. Real estate, e-commerce and travel businesses also get a website built for them and managed from the Board. See the solutions page and the pricing page.

Will I keep getting new features?

Yes. The board keeps improving, and new features reach your app through Settings, then App updates. Many are free. A few bigger ones may be optional, and the price is always shown before you decide.

Can my customers pay me through the board?

No. Payments in the app are only for buying PalmGro features and updates. The Finance section is a bookkeeping record for your own accounts, not a payment collector.

What is your refund policy?

Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: optional digital features are generally not refundable once activated, but we refund failed activations, duplicate payments and features that do not work as described.

How long does setup take?

We confirm the timeline when you place the order, because it depends on your hosting and how much of your team data you want loaded on day one.
