The board, its add-ons and updates are digital. Nothing is shipped. No physical goods are delivered.
Add-ons and updates
After your payment is confirmed, the add-on is activated in your own copy of the app automatically, usually within a few minutes. Check Settings, then App updates, to see it marked as owned. If it is not active after 30 minutes, contact us and we will fix it.
New customers
A new branded copy of the app, and any website built with it, is set up by us after the order is agreed. We confirm the timeline with you in writing before you pay.
